I founded Paradigm with a single mission: to fix home and community-based care. The fastest way to do that was to empower the providers who deliver it every day, so I assembled a team of passionate innovators (i.e. Paradigm Shifters) to tackle two challenges at once:

Close the knowledge gap. Providers need clear, up-to-date guidance on third-party payers, regulations, and best practices.
Build intelligent products. Tools that make billing effortless, speed up payments, and clear a path for growth.

The strategy worked. A few weeks ago, the CEO of a major MCO told me, “Your people know this space better than my own,” and that says everything.

Today we’re sharing that expertise with the entire industry. The VA Vault is only the first step. We’ll keep expanding it, then add Medicaid resources and more. Every guide, dataset, and checklist will remain free, whether an agency works with Paradigm or not.

Why give it away? Because healthcare moves forward when providers have real knowledge and practical tools. Research should never hide behind paywalls or service fees. By sharing what we know, we raise the bar for everyone, and when agencies have the support they need, veterans and other clients receive the care they deserve.

Paradigm will still offer the most hands-on growth coaching in the industry, and the agencies that partner with us will always move faster and adapt sooner. But we are turning our values into practice by opening access to our research for free.
